Why do you get anxiety and restlessness?

The primary function of the brain is to think. The brains thinks of options to solve problems. If there is something bothering you and your mind is not at peace, the brain cannot function properly. That will leave you with unsolved problems at the end of the day which will make you feel restless.

Lack of nutrition to the body is the main reason for lower functioning of the brain. If you are on some calorie restrict diet, the body will compromise the nutrition and energy supply to the brain. Because they body cannot compromise on breathing or heart beat or digestion. As the energy input to the body is depleted, if the ability of your brain to think options is hampered, be prepared to go to bed with unsolved problems.

The other major reason is lack of sleep. By the time the Indian family winds up food and gets ready to sleep, it is already 11 pm. That is when the first wave of deep sleep hits the body. The next wave is only at 1 am. Which means that if you are going to bed at 11 pm and waking up at 6 am you are technically getting only 5 hours of sleep. People force their body to get sleep deprived. Insufficient sleep means inadequate rest to the brain. Another important reason for the brain to not function optimally.

Writing a diary before you sleep is a good way to get the brain to think about the problems you had in the daytime and assure yourself that tomorrow you will be a wiser person and not repeat the same mistakes.

Dropping a Good Night message to your beloved is also strongly recommended.
